What is a VA?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) provides the same level of support as an in-house PA would for your business. The difference is that she works from her own office and you employ her to complete tasks for you on an as-needed basis.

Ask yourself these questions?

  • Is coping with admin, as well as running your coaching practice, a drain on your energy?
  • Do you have little free time because of all the paperwork you have to keep up-to-date?
  • Would you value having someone you trust keeping your diary and arranging your travel?
  • Are you a small business, and find you cannot afford (or even require) a full time assistant?
  • Would you like to work with an expert VA on corporate HR project work rather than hire potentially unreliable temporary staff?
  • Maybe you don’t have the in-house capacity to support your corporate leadership/employee development programmes on an ad hoc basis?

If you found yourself answering 'yes' to any of these questions, then you should be thinking of using a VA. Not only will you free yourself from administrative tasks, you will find you have more time to build your coaching practice and do what you love!
